Office Clipboard helps you to cut or copy data from Ms Word to Ms Excel very easily and quickly. When you copy data, the Office Clipboard will save it in the Clipboard Task Pane. And then you can paste in the other Ms Office applications. Actually, clipboard function is already in your Ms Windows system (usually called as system clipboard), but this clipboard is only able to save one data, while the Office Clipboard can store data up to 24 units. As like as the system clipboard, the Office Clipboard will also store data from any software, during the software allows a copy-paste process, such as Ms Internet Explorer, Notepad, and others. However, data stored in the Office Clipboard only can be used by Ms Office. Anyway, this can be more help to simplify your job.
When you do not need some or all data in the Office Clipboard, you can delete them one by one or all. And when you do not feel need the Office Clipboard, you can hide it or disable it.
